Additional Services ADVANCE: DHS offices and the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education developed a partnership in order to design programs and services that effectively meet the job demands of the community.
The ADVANCE Program was designed to assist students at Caddo Kiowa in overcoming many barriers and to help them find employment and achieve self-sufficiency. You must first be referred by DHS to become a participant in ADVANCE. Worksite Learning (On-the-Job Training): As a student at CKTC nears program completion, he or she has the opportunity to participate in the Worksite Learning Program at Caddo Kiowa. The program allows students to enter the workforce as an extension of their classroom training. The student will spend part of their time in the classroom completing class-work and part of their time at the worksite gaining hands-on skills.
