Caddo Kiowa Technology Center hires a new Hotel and Restaurant Management instructor

Fort Cobb, OK – August 30, 2005 - FORT COBB – Caddo Kiowa Technology Center recently hired Crystal Moon as the new Hotel and Restaurant Management instructor.

            Moon, who lives in Greenfield, was an Assistant General Manager for the Holiday Inn in Stillwater before taking the position at CKTC.

            “Crystal comes to us from the hospitality industry, and we look forward to having her as a new CKTC staff member," said Jerry Martin, superintendent.

            Moon has a bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Oklahoma State University and has more than five year's experience in the hospitality industry.  She enjoys the hospitality industry and spending time with her family.

            Crystal replaces Melanie Lierle, who recently took the position of Culinary Arts instructor at Caddo Kiowa.
