Fort Cobb, OK – August 30, 2010 – The Essential Piece Award for the month of August goes to CKTC Student Services. The award is voted on by CKTC staff members. Recipients of the Essential Piece Award are recognized for exhibiting superior customer service. The award typically goes to an individual, but this month was unique because of all the changes taking place at CKTC. Those in Student Services have worked diligently during a stressful time to make enrollment as seamless and pleasant as possible for the customer: A fact that was recognized and valued by their co-workers.
“Each one kept a smile on their face – even in the midst of moving and construction. —not an easy feat,” commented Cindy Murphy, CKTC Customer Service committee member.
