Enrollment Checklist 

Daytime High School Students

Any prospective high school junior or senior within CKTC’s sending school district can attend Caddo Kiowa free of charge for three hours each day either in the morning or in the afternoon.

Currently be enrolled in a high school program served by CKTC and be classified as a high school junior or senior at the time classes begin.
Complete an Application Form (available at your local high school or in Student Services at CKTC).
Complete assessment procedures which takes approximately 1/2 day. 

Daytime Adult Students

Adult students must complete the following admission process to enroll in full- time classes:

Complete an Application Form (available in Student Services).
Complete assessment procedures which takes approximately 1/2 day.

Visit a counselor to complete enrollment process.

Financial Assistance

There are several sources of financial aid available to those individuals meeting criteria specified for each agency. Assistance can be given under the provisions of the following:

  • DLW – Dislocated Workers
  • FCWS – College Work Study
  • FSEOG – Supplemental Education Opportunity Grant
  • FAFSA – Pell Grant
  • Native American Indian – Tribal WIA
  • OHLAP-Oklahoma Promise
  • OTAG – Oklahoma Tuition Aid Grant
  • V. A. – Veterans Administration
  • WEP – Work Experience Program
  • WIA-Workforce Investment Act
  • Vocational Rehabilitation
Assistance for High School Students
  • HSWS – High School Work Study
  • Title VII – J. O. M.

Tutition

The tuition per semester is $2.20 per clock hour for all courses except for the following courses:

  • Occupational Therapy Assistant $4,400.00
  • Physical Therapist Assistant $3,300.00
  • Truck Driver Training $1,650.00

Student Activity Fee: High school students will be charged a $30 activity fee upon enrollment in an occupational training program. The fee includes student organization activity, lap’s, and/or basic personal safety equipment as required.

Technology Fee: Post-Secondary students will be charged a $50 technology fee per semester.

Training Materials and Tools: At the time of enrollment, students will be expected to put up a cash deposit in the bookstore to cover the cost of the required training materials and tools. Book and supply costs vary among different programs. For 1050 hour programs these costs vary from $90 to $1,200. Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapy Assistant and LPN uniforms, tools, fees, and travel range from $1,200 to $2,250. The stated book and supply costs are subject to change.

Tuition Non-Resident Students

Students who reside outside CKTC’s school district may be admitted when such admittance does not cause overcrowding. Tuition is payable in advance, either in full or in installments fixed by the board of education. Any exceptions are at the discretion of the Superintendent.
